Referit can only collect personal data if it is provided by the website visitor through the contact forms. You are not required to disclose your personal data at the time you request information from us. At all times you have the choice whether or not to enter your personal data. However, in order to use our contact forms, the input of personal data is necessary.
Types of data
Only the data provided by you are known to us and are included in our CRM environment in order to serve you better. We do not collect unsolicited (personal) data that are not necessary to fulfill a request for contact or information. If your details are known to us, additional data may be collected such as website and page visits. Your data may also be used to contact you by phone or e-mail and/or be included in our marketing campaigns.
Refusing contact or approach
We believe it is important to be transparent about how your data is used. You have at all times the right to change, view or stop the processing of data. Will my data be shared with other parties?
No. Referit stores your personal data only for our own use and improvement of our services. We use Google Analytics on our website, this only links data to a person already known to us. No personal data is shared with these parties, nor are they allowed to use or view it.

Our website has an SSL certificate (SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer) for a secure connection and all the necessary measures (and more) to technically meet the best possible security.
