General conditions

Following the name change from Netherlands ICT to NLDigital in 2019, NLDigital is introducing its new General Delivery Terms and Conditions in 2020. These General Delivery Terms and Conditions contain the basic ground rules for the contact between suppliers and clients when delivering products & services among others in the field of IT, SaaS solutions, office technology and (the development of) software and websites. The NLDigital General Conditions of Delivery are the successor to the Netherlands ICT conditions published in 2014. The NLDigital Delivery Terms and Conditions have been filed by NLDigital with the District Court of Midden-Nederland, location Utrecht.

All Referit offers and agreements are subject to NLDigital's General Terms and Conditions of Delivery.
